Direct Meds is seeking an experienced Engagement Team Representative to join our remote sales force. In this consultative role, you will build relationships with existing patients, identify opportunities to enhance treatment experiences, and recommend additional wellness products.

This is a full-time, remote position with a base salary plus uncapped commissions. Success depends on strong phone presence, objection handling, and ability to close while keeping patient care first.

Qualifikationen

• 2+ years in inside, telesales or telehealth sales.
• Proven track record meeting quotas and KPIs.
• Excellent closing, upselling and cross-selling abilities.
• Strong communication, negotiation and relationship-building skills.
• Experience in high-volume outbound environments.

Aufgaben

• Conduct high-volume outbound calls to drive engagement and sales.
• Consult with existing patients to identify opportunities for additional products.
• Educate patients on peptide therapies and wellness solutions.
• Consistently exceed daily, weekly, and monthly sales goals.
• Overcome objections and close sales while keeping patient-first approach.
• Document patient interactions in the CRM.
• Navigate CRM, Five9 dialer, and patient management software.
• Collaborate with leadership to optimize sales performance.
