Direct Meds, LLC. is seeking a fully remote Customer Service Representative to support our telehealth and partner clinic network. The role focuses on helping patients navigate their care journey with professional, compassionate service in a fast-paced, remote environment.

The ideal candidate has at least 2 years in customer service, preferably in healthcare, with strong communication and multitasking abilities. Competitive compensation, benefits, and PTO are provided.

Position: Customer Service Representative – Remote

Hourly Pay Range: $20–$22 per hour

Expected Schedule: Thursday-Monday , 11:00 AM–7:00 PM MST

Direct Meds is seeking a full-time Customer Service Representative to support our growing telehealth and partner clinic network. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys helping others, solving problems, and delivering an exceptional customer experience in a fast-paced, remote environment.

As a Customer Service Representative, you'll be the first point of contact for patients, helping them navigate their care journey while ensuring every interaction is professional, compassionate, and efficient.

What We're Looking For

Required

• Minimum 2 years of customer service experience, preferably in healthcare, telehealth, medical offices, or pharmacy.

Preferred

• Experience in healthcare, telehealth, or wellness industries.
• Familiarity with EMR, CRM, or ticketing systems.
• Experience supporting patients in a remote environment.
• Knowledge of GLP-1 medications, HRT, peptides, or wellness programs.

Equipment Requirements

Candidates must have the following prior to their start date:

• A quality headset for calls.
• High-speed internet connection.
