Direct Meds, headquartered in Salt Lake City, Utah, is hiring a high-performing telesales representative for a full-time role. You will own a pipeline, close business, and earn uncapped commissions with a guaranteed base salary of $41,600 plus benefits.

This is a fully remote, W-2 position requiring 40 hours per week across one of several full-shift MST schedules. We seek experienced professionals who can build trust with customers, respond to leads, and consistently hit targets.

Competenze

• 3–5+ years of inside sales, telesales, telemarketing, or customer-facing sales experience.
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales goals.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.

• Proactively engage prospective customers through phone, email, and other channels.
• Respond quickly and professionally to inbound leads and maximize every sales opportunity.
• Conduct discovery conversations to understand customer needs and recommend the right solutions.
• Build trust and create a strong customer experience while confidently asking for the sale.
• Consistently achieve or exceed weekly, monthly, and quarterly sales goals.
• Manage a high-volume pipeline and maintain disciplined follow-up.
• Overcome objections and turn challenging conversations into opportunities.
• Accurately document customer interactions, sales activity, and pipeline updates in the CRM.
• Partner with Customer Success, Operations, and Clinical teams to ensure a seamless customer experience.
• Continuously develop your product knowledge, sales skills, and industry expertise.
• Take coaching seriously and apply feedback quickly to improve performance.
