Direct Meds is seeking a full-time Customer Service Representative to support our telehealth and partner clinic network in a fully remote capacity. You will be the first point of contact for patients, helping them navigate their care journey with professionalism and empathy while documenting interactions in internal systems.

Ideal candidates have at least 2 years in customer service (healthcare preferred) and excel in fast-paced, remote roles.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2+ years of customer service experience, preferably in healthcare/telehealth/medical offices/pharmacy.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, remote environment.
• Ability to multitask with a positive, professional demeanor.
• Proficiency with computers and customer support platforms.

Responsabilités

• Respond to patient inquiries via phone, email, chat, and text in a timely and professional manner.
• Assist patients with account questions, order updates, and navigate the treatment process.
• Coordinate with clinical, pharmacy, and fulfillment teams to ensure a seamless patient experience.
• Document all customer interactions in internal systems.
• Resolve issues with empathy while maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction.
• Meet performance goals for response times, quality, and patient experience.
