Job summary

The ASPCA is seeking a Manager, Resources & Engagement to lead staffing, engagement, and operational processes for its Animal Relocation program. This remote role requires collaboration with senior leadership to align workforce strategy and ensure safe transport execution.

You will manage invoicing, payroll, safety compliance, SOPs, and internal communications while supporting a 35+ staff and contingent drivers across time zones.

Qualifications

• Experience in recruitment and workforce management.
• Strong HR operations and program management capabilities.
• Ability to coordinate across multiple teams and time zones.

Responsibilities

• Staffing & Engagement: build relationships with staff and drivers and align transport schedules.
• Lead full-cycle recruiting for extended workforce; coordinate interviews and onboarding.
• Maintain LMS materials; track compliance and update trainings.
• Support engagement initiatives to promote team cohesion and inclusivity.
• Provide admin support on employee matters, including incident reporting and performance documentation.
