Job summary

The ASPCA is seeking a Coordinator, Safety Team to support data reporting, policy updates, and training across our Safety Team. This remote role requires coordinating site safety activities, reviewing policies, and ensuring timely compliance reporting.

You will work with internal teams and vendors, reporting to the Vice President of Safety. Qualified candidates will have strong Microsoft Office skills, 4+ years of professional experience, and the ability to manage multiple priorities while

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite; Airtable experience preferred
• Strong organizational and time management skills

• Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
• Ability to manage projects, meet deadlines, and juggle priorities

Responsibilities

• Assist Safety Team travel planning for site safety committee meetings, assessments, training and projects
• Maintain Safety Team calendar and coordinate travel
• Manage safety contracts and process invoices
• Attend Site Safety Committee meetings to take notes and track action items
• Maintain Safety Team Knowledge Page and update training materials
• Support development and formatting of trainings/presentations
• Track compliance filings and training due dates
• Maintain safety-related databases (Incidents, PPE, SDS)
• Organize and audit safety policies and procedures across the org
• Retain and organize electronic files with consistent naming and versioning
