Job summary

Washington State Department of Health’s Prevention and Community Health division seeks an Engagement & Performance Analyst (MA5) for a home-based remote role. You will identify business needs, analyze processes, and implement improvements using equity-centered, data-informed methods to boost organizational performance and employee engagement.

Qualifications include extensive experience in organizational change, strategic planning, and performance measurement, with a DEIB lens across initiatives

Qualifications

• Eight or more years of experience leading complex organizational improvement and cross-functional initiatives.
• Associate’s or higher plus seven or more years in related leadership roles.
• Bachelor’s degree or higher in business or health administration plus six years of leadership experience.

Responsibilities

• Identify business needs and analyze processes to drive improvements.
• Partner with leaders to support engagement and equity in initiatives.
• Coordinate performance metrics and report progress to leadership.
• Plan and facilitate cross-divisional collaboration to implement solutions.
