Job summary

The State of Washington's Department of Health, Prevention and Community Health division, seeks an Engagement & Performance Analyst (Management Analyst 5) to strengthen organizational performance, workforce engagement, and operational effectiveness.

This home-based role is open to Washington residents and those in Oregon and Idaho, and involves partnering with leaders to analyze data and implement process improvements that advance equity and public health outcomes.

Qualifications

• Experience leading cross-functional organizational improvement initiatives.
• Strategic and operational planning, including setting priorities, aligning resources, managing risk, and supporting implementation.
• DEIB initiatives experience or lens in organizational work.

Responsibilities

• Identify business needs, analyze processes, and develop and implement improvements to strengthen efficiency.
• Partner with division leaders to support organizational change and employee engagement.
• Coordinate performance metrics and data analysis to show progress toward goals.
• Plan and facilitate collaborative efforts across the division to implement improvements.
