Job summary

Veeva Systems, Inc. is seeking a Senior Consultant in our Commercial practice in the United States to help Life Sciences customers transform how they work with technology, data, and AI.

You will lead small projects, manage 2–3 consultants, and help grow the practice through proposals, while applying deep domain knowledge in engagement strategy, sales operations, omnichannel excellence, and medical affairs.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in Life Sciences Consulting (Business or Management Consulting preferred).
• Domain knowledge in customer engagement strategy, sales and commercial operations, omnichannel, marketing excellence, key account management, and/or medical affairs is preferred.
• Bachelor’s degree or higher.

Responsibilities

• Project Leadership: Lead end-to-end design and delivery of high-quality customer solutions.
• Team Management: Lead project teams of 2–3 consultants, developing leadership skills.
• Business Development: Drive practice growth by leading proposal development and identifying new opportunities.
• Strategic Problem Solving: Solve complex challenges using Veeva’s data, software, and AI insights.
• Subject Matter Expertise: Develop deep expertise in 1–2 functional areas across projects.
