Job summary

Veeva is seeking an Engagement Manager to lead our Quality Practice engagements, transforming how clients work with Technology, Data, and AI. You will drive strategic delivery, build senior relationships, and lead 4+ consultants across multiple projects.

You will oversee budgets of $1M+, contribute to brand-building, and shape long-term account strategy for global Life Sciences programs. A bachelor’s degree or higher is required.

Qualifications

• 8+ years in Life Sciences Consulting (Business or Management Consulting preferred).
• Experience leading large project teams and $1M+ engagements.
• Deep domain knowledge in Quality, Manufacturing, Supply Chain, and Life Sciences.
• Analytical mindset with ability to influence C-suite stakeholders.
• Bachelor’s degree or higher.

Responsibilities

• Act as end-to-end lead on global engagements.
• Build and navigate senior customer relationships; drive proposals.
• Lead teams of 4+ consultants across multiple projects.
• Manage project budgets of $1M+ and ensure commercial success.
• Support brand-building and development of internal IP.
