Job summary

Veeva Systems is seeking a Consultant for the US Commercial Strategy Business Consulting team to help life sciences clients design and deliver solutions for commercial operations, digital transformation, and data analytics.

You will partner with pharmaceutical and biotech companies to optimize sales, marketing, and medical processes, translate business needs into functional requirements, and support proposals and client pitches.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required; advanced degree (MBA, MS, PharmD, PhD) a plus.
• 3+ years of management consulting with life sciences clients.
• Familiarity with pharma/biotech commercial models and digital health tech.
• Experience with Veeva software is a plus.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and in teams.

Responsibilities

• Partner with clients to analyze and improve commercial operations including sales, marketing and medical
• Lead or support software, data and process improvement engagements across the Veeva commercial cloud
• Translate business needs into functional requirements and solution designs
• Conduct stakeholder interviews, workshops, and data analysis to identify gaps and opportunities
• Manage project timelines, deliverables, and client communications
• Collaborate with cross-functional internal teams to deliver integrated solutions
• Support business development through proposals, presentations, and client pitches
