Veeva Systems, Inc. is seeking an Engagement Manager in our Commercial practice to help clients bring treatments to patients faster by transforming how they work with technology, data, and AI.

You will lead end-to-end engagements, manage senior relationships, and guide teams of consultants across multiple projects, with budgets over $1M. This role emphasizes strategic delivery, account strategy, and building internal IP for continued leadership in the industry.

Qualifications

• 8+ years in Life Sciences Consulting (Business or Management Consulting preferred).
• Proven track record of managing large project teams and $1M+ engagements.
• Domain knowledge in customer engagement strategy, sales and commercial operations, omnichannel, marketing excellence, key account management, and/or medical affairs.
• Highly analytical with ability to influence C-suite stakeholders.
• Bachelor’s degree or higher is required.

Responsibilities

• Act as the end-to-end lead on Veeva’s most complex, large-scale, and global engagements.
• Build and navigate senior customer relationships, leading proposals for significant project wins and driving long-term account strategy.
• Lead and inspire teams of 4+ consultants across multiple projects, fostering a culture of excellence.
• Manage project budgets of $1M+, acting as the primary contact for project health and commercial success.
• Support brand-building activities and the development of internal IP to keep Veeva Business Consulting at the forefront.
