Job summary

Veeva Systems, Inc. is seeking an Engagement Manager in Global Content Consulting to transform how Life Sciences clients operate with AI, data, and technology. You will shape operating models and content strategies to move treatments to patients faster.

You will lead cross-functional teams, manage large budgets, and collaborate with senior stakeholders to deliver measurable business value and scalable content solutions.

Qualifications

• 8+ years in Life Sciences Consulting (Business or Management Consulting preferred).
• Proven track record of managing large project teams and $1M+ engagements.
• Experience with Content Operating Models, Med/Legal/Reg Review, and Content Strategy.
• Analytical mindset with ability to influence C-suite stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Strategic Delivery: lead end-to-end on complex, global engagements.
• Account Leadership: manage senior customer relationships and drive proposals.
• People Leadership: lead 4+ consultants across multiple projects.
• Financial Oversight: manage project budgets of $1M+ and monitor health.
• Practice Building: develop internal IP and contribute to brand growth.
