Veeva is building the industry cloud for Life Sciences and seeks an Engagement Manager in its Commercial practice to transform how customers work with technology, data, and AI. You will lead end-to-end, global engagements, manage senior client relationships, and guide teams of 4+ consultants.

The role emphasizes strategic delivery, account leadership, and financial oversight for projects of $1M+. You will shape operating models, drive organizational change, and help build internal IP to keep

Qualifications

• Experience: 8+ years in Life Sciences Consulting (Business or Management Consulting preferred)
• Leadership: Proven track record of managing large project teams and $1M+ engagements
• Domain Knowledge: Engagement strategy, sales and commercial operations, omnichannel, marketing excellence, key account management, and/or medical affairs
• Mindset: Analytical with ability to influence C-suite stakeholders
• Education: Bachelor’s degree or higher

Responsibilities

• Strategic Delivery: End-to-end lead on Veeva's most complex, large-scale engagements
• Account Leadership: Build and navigate senior customer relationships, lead proposals
• People Leadership: Lead teams of 4+ consultants across projects
• Financial Oversight: Manage project budgets of $1M+ and monitor project health
• Practice Building: Support brand-building and internal IP development
