Job summary

Future Secure AI is seeking an Engagement Lead to drive complex AI Co-Worker engagements from discovery to production. You will partner with enterprise customers, design solution logic with Delivery teams, and coordinate cross-functional teams to ensure timely, high-quality deliveries across North America.

The role requires heavy collaboration with analysts, data science, engineering, QA, and delivery, delivering measurable outcomes and owning the customer experience end-to-end.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of professional work experience.
• 5+ years in Product Management or Consulting.
• Product Management experience preferred.
• Experience leading via agile methodology.
• Experience managing senior/executive customers.
• Strong ownership and delivery orientation.

About The Role

As an Engagement Lead at Future Secure AI, youwill work acrossthe full lifecycleofbuilding and deploying an AI Co-Workerin partnership with our Delivery teams.Engagement Leadswill work across multiple AI Co-Worker builds at any one time which involvediscovery& scoping, build time, andproduction deployment.

You know how to run a complex engagementand deliversoftware productsleveragingthe agile methodology.Scoping abuild,managingmultiplestakeholders,leadingcross-functional teams,and deliveringunder pressure. You are good at it.

What You Will Do

• Partner directly with enterprise customers to translate their needs into scoped AI Co-Worker solutions.
• Design the AI Co-Worker's logic and user experience in collaboration with our Delivery teams.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for customers throughout the build and deployment phases.
• Align cross-functional teams, including analysts, data science, engineering, QA, and delivery, to keep builds on track.
• Own the quality of deliverables and the overall customer experience from discovery through production.

What You Will Bring

• Minimum of10 yearsofprofessional work experienceincluding 5+yearsin ProductManagementor Consulting;withProduct Management experience highlypreferred
• 5+ years ofexperience in working and leading via the agilemethodology
• Proven experience in managing customers at senior and executive levels
• The ability to move from strategic ambiguity to executable plan
• Confidence leading cross-functional teams andoperatingataseniorlevel
• A strong bias toward ownership, delivery, and outcomes over recommendations
• Experience with AI, automation, or advanced analytics ishighly valued. Hands-on technical development is notrequired.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skillswith the ability to drive clarity from ambiguity, synthesize complexdataand articulate recommendations .
