Job summary

Duke Energy in Kentucky seeks a Products & Services Coordinator to support the EnergyWise Home program within the Demand Operations Center. You will handle customer calls, verify information, qualify enrollments, and document Field Service Requests while coordinating with field advisors and installers.

You will troubleshoot issues, apply program rules, and maintain audit-ready records across multiple systems to ensure reliable service, enrollment accuracy, and customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED.
• At least 2 years of related work experience.
• Call center experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Handle inbound and outbound customer calls for EnergyWise Home enrollment and support.
• Create and track Field Service Requests (FSRs) and schedule in-home appointments.
• Maintain audit-ready documentation across systems and support program reporting.
