ENERGY SYSTEMS GROUP is seeking a Performance Engineer to join our Public Sector East team in New England or New York. The role involves extensive site surveys, energy‑saving analysis, and creating actionable recommendations for customers in the energy services sector.

The ideal candidate has an ABET‑accredited engineering degree and 3–8 years of relevant experience, with an emphasis on cost analysis, project costing, and client communication.

Qualificações

• ABET‑accredited engineering/technology degree or equivalent.
• Three to eight years' experience in construction or energy‑service field.
• Bonus: ten years' experience in construction or energy service; professional licenses or certifications are a plus (PE, CEM, CMVP, LEED, NEBB, TAB, ASHRAE).

Responsabilidades

• Conducts in‑depth site surveys to identify inefficiencies and analyze utility bills
• Develops technical plans and communicates solutions to internal teams and customers
• Performs energy savings calculations and life‑cycle cost analyses for recommendations
• Creates financial models based on customer parameters and project results
• Coordinates with Account Executive and Project Manager to present proposals
• Ensures proper installation support and acts as technical liaison between operations and sales
• Oversees equipment qualification to ensure estimates and delivery meet requirements
• Defines measurements to guarantee energy and operational savings targets
