SOLV Energy is seeking an Energy Storage Preconstruction Project Manager to lead a standalone LNTP-focused project. This fully remote role collaborates with engineering, scheduling, budgeting, and change management to ensure on-time, within-budget delivery.

You will oversee cost control, bid packages, procurement, and risk mitigation, while guiding Preconstruction Engineers and coordinating with owners, vendors, and internal teams. Travel about 25% may be required.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of Energy Storage Construction Experience.
• Engineering, Construction Management or Architectural degree, or equivalent experience
• Thorough understanding of plans and specifications
• Field experience (5-8 years, Project Engineer or Assistant Superintendent)
• Leadership ability to pull together remote teams into a cohesive project team
• Effective written and verbal communications skills
• Strong computer skills with MS Office and Bluebeam Revu
• Fundamental knowledge of contract law and project accounting
• Willingness to travel 25%
• 5+ years construction experience; 2+ years scheduling and estimating experience

Responsabilités

• Provide leadership and oversight to a single Preconstruction Project Manager assignment across LNTP scope.
• Maintain cost control ledger and job cost statements.
• Prepare bid packages and solicit and evaluate bids.
• Set up and maintain the CMiC system.
• Collaborate with engineering, scheduling, budgeting, procurement and legal teams.
• Define and create LNTPs and track changes impacting schedule or budget.
• Represent SOLV Energy in owner meetings and ensure timely reporting.
