Job summary

SOLV Energy, Inc. is seeking an Energy Storage Preconstruction Project Manager for a fully remote role. You will lead preconstruction activities, coordinate across engineering, scheduling, budgeting, and legal to ensure timely LNTP delivery and procurement alignment with budgets and scope.

You will guide cost forecasting, risk mitigation, and reporting while maintaining strong relationships with Owners, Vendors, and internal teams. Travel up to 25% may be required during project coordination.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of Energy Storage Construction Experience.
• Thorough understanding of plans and specifications.
• Field experience (5-8 years, Project Engineer or Assistant Superintendent).
• Leadership ability to assemble remote teams and drive results.
• Strong written and verbal communication and organizational skills.
• Travel up to 25% may be required.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership and oversight to a preconstruction project from LNTP through procurement and scheduling.
• Maintain cost control ledger and job cost statements; prepare bid packages and solicit bids.
• Set up and maintain CMiC system; ensure procurement aligns with scope, budget and schedule.
• Collaborate across departments to define scope of work and manage design changes.
