SOLV Energy, Inc. is seeking a highly experienced Energy Storage Preconstruction Project Manager for a fully remote role.

You will lead planning across engineering, scheduling, budgeting, and procurement, collaborating with multiple departments to define LNTPs and ensure on-time, on-budget delivery of storage projects. The position requires 3+ years in energy storage construction, strong contract and cost-control experience, and travel up to 25%.

Qualificações

• Minimum 3 years of Energy Storage Construction Experience.
• Engineering, Construction Management or Architectural degree, or equivalent experience
• Thorough understanding of plans and specifications
• Field experience (5-8 years, Project Engineer or Assistant Superintendent)
• Leadership ability in a remote environment and organize a cohesive team
• Effective written and verbal communications skills and organizational skills
• Strong computer skills with MS Office suite, as well as Bluebeam Revu
• Fundamental knowledge of contract law and project accounting
• Detail-oriented, motivated self-starter
• Able to travel (estimated 25%)

Responsabilidades

• Maintain cost control ledger and job cost statements
• Prepare billings and expedite payments
• Set up and maintain all aspects of the CMiC system
• Prepare bid packages and solicit and evaluate bids
• Define and create LNTPs
• Represent SOLV Energy in owner meetings
• Support estimating reconciliation for each design iteration
• Maintain timely and accurate reporting to the project team and management
