Job summary

SOLV Energy in the United States is seeking an Energy Storage Preconstruction Project Manager to lead and oversee a single project, coordinating with engineering, scheduling, budgeting and contract scopes of work. The role is fully remote and requires strong leadership across multiple departments.

This position demands experience in energy storage construction, cost control, procurement timing, and the ability to communicate with Owners and Vendors, while providing timely reporting and risk

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of Energy Storage Construction Experience.
• Field experience in energy storage/construction projects.
• Ability to travel ~25% of the time.

Responsibilities

• Maintain cost control ledger and job cost statements.
• Write project procedures.
• Supervise and train Preconstruction Project Engineers and clerical staff.
• Collaborate across departments to define contract scopes of work.
• Review design constraints and procurement lead times for LNTP.
• Track design requirements and owner/contract obligations.
• Report cost forecasting and estimate at completion to management.
• Mitigate project risks with the team.
