SOLV Energy is seeking an Energy Storage Preconstruction Project Manager to lead and oversee a designated project, coordinating with engineering, scheduling, budgeting, and closeout documentation.

The role is fully remote, requiring collaboration across departments and occasional travel. Ideal candidates bring 3+ years in energy storage construction and a background in engineering, construction management, or architecture.

Qualificações

• Minimum 3 years of Energy Storage Construction Experience.
• Field experience (5-8 years, Project Engineer or Assistant Superintendent).
• Fundamental knowledge of contract law and project accounting.
• Able to travel (estimated 25%).

Responsabilidades

• Maintain cost control ledger and job cost statements.
• Write project procedures.
• Supervise and train Preconstruction Project Engineers and clerical staff.
• Collaborate with multiple departments to create contract scopes of work.
• Coordinate design lead times and LNTP procurement items.
• Research and understand project design requirements and permits.
• Liaise with Engineering Manager to track schedule or budget changes.
• Represent SOLV Energy in owner meetings.
• Support estimating reconciliation for design iterations.
• Provide timely reporting: cost forecasting and EAC.
• Manage project risk and mitigation plans with operations.
• Develop relationships with Owner, Engineers, Vendors and Subcontractors.
