Job summary

SOLV Energy, Inc. is seeking an Energy Storage Preconstruction Project Manager to lead a single project from planning through closeout.

This fully remote position collaborates with engineering, scheduling, budgeting and procurement to ensure on-time delivery of solar, battery storage and high voltage substation work. The role requires 3+ years in energy storage construction, strong knowledge of plans, cost control, and CMiC experience, plus exceptional communication and leadership in a remote

Qualifications

Minimum 3 years of energy storage construction experience.
Engineering, Construction Management or Architectural degree, or equivalent experience.
Thorough understanding of plans and specifications.
Remote leadership ability to assemble a high-performing team in a remote environment.
Excellent written and verbal communication and organizational skills.
Proficiency with MS Office and Bluebeam Revu; CMiC experience preferred.

Responsibilities

Provide leadership and oversight to a single Preconstruction Project.
Maintain cost control ledger and job cost statements.
Prepare bid packages; solicit and evaluate bids.
Set up and maintain the CMiC system.
Collaborate across engineering, scheduling, budgeting, procurement, and legal departments to define scopes and contracts.
Track design changes impacting schedule and budget; adjust LNTPs accordingly.
Represent SOLV Energy in owner meetings; support estimating reconciliation.
Maintain timely reporting of cost forecasts and cost at completion to the Project Team.
