SOLV Energy seeks an Energy Storage Assistant Project Manager, Project Development to coordinate the front-end development of utility-scale energy storage projects from RFP receipt through estimating, proposal submission, and transition into preconstruction.

This role partners with Business Development, Estimating, Engineering, and Scheduling to support scoping, pricing, design, and commercial evaluation, ensuring opportunities are executable and commercially viable when awarded.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Business, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
• 4+ years of related work experience in EPC or similar construction environments.
• Energy Storage experience preferred.
• 1+ year of estimating and scheduling experience.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and industry‑standard tools such as Bluebeam Revu, Microsoft Project, and Primavera P6.
• Experience with CMiC or similar construction ERP software is a plus.
• Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.

Responsabilités

• Oversee coordination among Business Development, Estimating, Engineering, Scheduling, and Preconstruction throughout the front-end development process.
• Schedule meetings, prepare agendas and meeting notes, and track action items across the team.
• Review client RFP documents and associated technical exhibits.
• Evaluate and respond to client RFIs, and draft RFIs to the client.
• Coordinate with early-stage engineering to produce constructable design packages.
• Monitor engineering deliverable timelines to meet RFP due dates.
• Prepare electrical estimates, takeoffs, and bill of materials as needed.
• Organize and develop LNTP pricing, cashflows, and schedules.
• Assemble proposal packages and write clarifications, exclusions, and scope of work.
