SOLV Energy, Inc. is seeking an Energy Storage Assistant Project Manager, Project Development to coordinate front-end development of utility-scale energy storage projects from RFP through estimating and proposal submission.

This role partners with Business Development, Estimating, Engineering, and Scheduling to support project scoping, pricing, design, and commercial evaluation, ensuring each opportunity is executable and viable.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Business, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
• 4+ years of related work experience in EPC or similar construction environments.
• Energy Storage experience preferred.
• 1+ year of estimating and scheduling experience.
• Working knowledge of Battery energy storage systems, Substations and electrical infrastructure.
• Electrical construction means, methods, sequencing, and installation practices.
• EPC project lifecycle.
• Project controls including estimating, scheduling, cost controls, and forecasting.
• Contract administration and project accounting.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and tools such as Bluebeam Revu, Microsoft Project, and Primavera P6.

Responsabilités

• Oversee coordination among Business Development, Estimating, Engineering, Scheduling, and Preconstruction throughout the front-end development process.
• Schedule meetings, prepare agendas and meeting notes, and track action items across the team.
• Review client RFP documents, preliminary designs, geotechnical reports, milestone schedules, and permitting requirements.
• Coordinate with early-stage engineering to produce constructable, optimized design packages.
