SOLV Energy, Inc. is seeking an Energy Storage Assistant Project Manager, Project Development to coordinate the front-end development of utility-scale energy storage projects, from RFP receipt through estimating, proposal submission, and transition into preconstruction.

The role partners with Business Development, Estimating, Engineering, and Scheduling to support scoping, pricing, design, and commercial evaluation.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• 4+ years of related work experience in EPC or similar construction environments.
• Energy storage experience preferred.
• 1+ year of estimating and scheduling experience.
• Proficiency with core tools and software used in project controls (Excel, MS Office).
• Ability to read, interpret, and analyze construction drawings, specifications, and contract documents.

Responsabilités

• Oversee coordination among Business Development, Estimating, Engineering, Scheduling, and Preconstruction throughout the front-end development process.
• Schedule meetings, prepare agendas and meeting notes, and track action items across the team.
• Review client RFP documents, including preliminary designs, geotechnical reports, milestone schedules, and permitting requirements.
• Evaluate and respond to client RFIs; draft and submit RFIs.
• Coordinate with early-stage engineering to produce constructable design packages.
• Build initial project schedules and cashflow projections for client proposals.
• Assemble proposal packages for submission; write clarifications, exclusions, assumptions, and scope of work.
• Develop LNTP scope of work exhibits and pricing to support early milestones.
• Convert final estimates into project budgets and import into ERP.
