SOLV Energy, Inc. is seeking an Energy Storage Assistant Project Manager, Project Development to lead front-end development of utility-scale storage projects from RFP through preconstruction.

The role blends project management with estimating and scheduling, coordinating with Business Development, Estimating, Engineering, and Scheduling to ensure viable, executable opportunities. The position supports RFP processes, prepares technical and commercial deliverables, and transitions projects to

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Business, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
• 4+ years of related work experience in EPC or similar construction environments.
• Energy Storage experience preferred.
• 1+ year of estimating and scheduling experience.

Responsabilités

• Oversee coordination among Business Development, Estimating, Engineering, Scheduling, and Preconstruction throughout the front-end development process.
• Schedule meetings, prepare agendas and meeting notes, and track action items across the team.
• Review client RFP documents, including preliminary designs, geotechnical reports, milestone schedules, and permitting requirements.
• Coordinate with early-stage engineering to produce constructable, optimized design packages aligned with site, interconnection, and technology constraints.
• Prepare electrical estimates, takeoffs and bill of materials as needed, working alongside the Estimating team.
