SOLV Energy, Inc. is seeking an Energy Storage Assistant Project Manager, Project Development to coordinate front-end development of utility-scale energy storage projects.

You will work with Business Development, Estimating, Engineering, and Scheduling to support scoping, pricing, design, and commercial evaluation, ensuring bids are executable and viable on award. Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Business, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
• 4+ years of related work experience in EPC or similar construction environments.
• Energy Storage experience preferred.
• 1+ year of estimating and scheduling experience.
• Strong knowledge of battery energy storage systems, substations, and electrical infrastructure.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and industry‑standard tools such as Bluebeam Revu, Microsoft Project, and Primavera P6.

Responsabilités

• Oversee coordination among Business Development, Estimating, Engineering, Scheduling, and Preconstruction throughout the front-end development process.
• Schedule meetings, prepare agendas and meeting notes, and track action items across the team.
• Review client RFP documents and preliminary designs, geotechnical reports, milestone schedules, and permitting requirements.
• Coordinate with engineering to produce constructable design packages aligned with constraints.
• Prepare electrical estimates, takeoffs, and bill of materials with Estimating.
• Assemble proposal packages and develop LNTP pricing, cashflows, and schedules.
• Build initial project schedules and cashflow projections for client proposals.
• Coordinate preconstruction handoff and transition to Preconstruction team.
