SOLV Energy, Inc. seeks an Energy Storage Assistant Project Manager, Project Development to coordinate the front-end development of utility-scale energy storage projects from RFP receipt through estimating, proposal submission, and transition to Preconstruction.

This role partners with Business Development, Estimating, Engineering, and Scheduling to support project scoping, pricing, design, and commercial evaluation.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or Business, or equivalent experience.
• 4+ years in EPC or similar construction environments; energy storage experience preferred.
• Strong knowledge of estimating, scheduling, and project controls.
• Proficient with Excel; experience with ERP and project software is a plus.

Responsabilités

• Oversee front-end development between Business Development, Estimating, Engineering, Scheduling and Preconstruction.
• Review RFP documents, draft RFIs, clarifications, and scope.
• Prepare electrical estimates, takeoffs, and BOM with Estimating.
• Develop LNTP pricing, cashflows, and schedules.
• Create site-specific execution, quality, and safety plans.
• Coordinate handoffs to Preconstruction and transition pricing to EPC contracts.
