Rodan Energy Solutions Inc. is seeking a seasoned sales professional for a remote role focused on expanding our client base among large C&I power users across the PJM region and beyond.

You will own the full sales cycle, from prospecting to closing, delivering energy-management solutions that cut costs and emissions. Qualifications

• College/university program in engineering or technical field preferred.
• 5+ years hunter sales experience in energy management or related field.
• Experience with demand response and DER/grid-edge technologies desirable.
• Familiarity with Salesforce CRM and valid driver’s license.

Responsibilities

• Drive growth with new and existing clients in target accounts.
• Develop personal sales strategy and manage a pipeline to meet goals.
• Lead proposals with engineers, finance, and energy markets to deliver solutions.
• Cultivate partnerships to expand services and revenue.
• Engage from C-suite to shop floor to close complex deals.
