CLEAResult is seeking an Energy Efficiency Customer Support Specialist. This remote role supports utility customers with energy-saving guidance, enrollment in programs, scheduling visits, and technical help across multiple platforms.

You’ll handle inbound calls, navigate scripts, and maintain high service levels while balancing a busy schedule. Compensation starts at $17 per hour plus a monthly internet stipend, with standard benefits and long-term growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Minimum 6 months of customer-facing experience.
• Call center experience in inbound/outbound sales preferred.
• Ability to type 35+ WPM.
• Sales-oriented with focus on customer satisfaction.
• Comfort with scripted calls and performance metrics.

Responsibilities

• Handle inbound and outbound calls across multiple programs.
• Provide education on program offerings and enroll customers.
• Schedule visits and provide technical assistance as needed.
• Maintain accurate records and meet quality targets.
