Ideal candidates have 6+ months in a customer-facing role, experience with inbound/outbound calls, and a strong service mindset. This role emphasizes accuracy, schedule discipline, and a commitment to customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Typing 35+ WPM.
• Minimum 6 months in a customer-facing environment; call center experience preferred.
• Sales-oriented with a focus on customer service satisfaction.
• Ability to thrive in an intensive environment with multiple platforms.

Responsibilities

• Handle inbound or outbound voice calls.
• Navigate scripts and provide program support.
• Assist customers with tech inquiries and enrollment.
• Provide chat or email support when applicable.
• Maintain real-time performance data and meet metrics.
