CLEAResult is seeking an Energy Efficiency Customer Support Specialist for a remote, nationwide role. You will assist utility customers in saving energy, enrolling in programs, and providing tech and online support while following a variety of scripts and programs.

The position emphasizes energy-efficiency outcomes, customer service excellence, and adherence to a structured schedule with regular lunches and breaks. Compensation includes $17 per hour plus a $65 monthly internet stipend.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Ability to type 35+ WPM.
• No attendance or punctuality concerns.
• Thrive in an intensive environment while using multiple platforms.
• Minimum 6 months in a customer-facing role; call center experience preferred.
• Sales-oriented with focus on customer service satisfaction.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service across multiple programs via phone, chat, or email.
• Schedule visits, enroll customers, educate on programs, and provide tech support.
• Support customers while navigating multiple platforms and scripts.
• Report progress and achieve performance metrics across shifts.
