CLEAResult is hiring a remote Energy Efficiency Customer Support Specialist to help utility customers save money and improve home energy efficiency. You will handle inbound/outbound calls, provide education about programs, and support enrollment and scheduling across multiple platforms.

The role requires a minimum 6 months of customer-facing experience, a high school diploma or GED, and strong typing (35+ WPM). A stable schedule and dedication to performance metrics are essential.

Qualifications

• Minimum 6 months of experience in a customer-facing environment.
• Call Center experience in an inbound/outbound sales environment preferred.
• Excellent typing speed (35+ WPM) and strong communication skills.
• Ability to navigate multiple platforms and adhere to scripts and processes.
• Reliable schedule with consistent lunch/break pattern and punctuality.

Responsibilities

• Handle inbound and outbound calls from utility customers focused on energy efficiency.
• Navigate multiple platforms to provide information, enrollments, scheduling, and status updates.
• Follow call scripts and use talking points or guides as needed.
• Support customers and tech inquiries with accurate information and empathy.
• Balance high-volume conversations while meeting performance metrics.
