Job summary

CLEAResult is hiring a remote Energy Efficiency Customer Support Specialist. You will handle customer inquiries, schedule visits, enroll customers in programs, and provide education and tech support across multiple platforms.

You’ll engage with utility customers to help save energy and money while upholding high service standards, operating in a metrics-driven environment with strict adherence to schedules and scripts.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Ability to type 35+ WPM.
• Minimum of 6 months in a customer-facing environment.
• Call Center experience in an inbound/outbound sales environment preferred.
• Sales-oriented with a focus on customer service satisfaction.

Responsibilities

• Handle inbound/outbound calls in a contact center setting.
• Support multiple programs using multiple platforms (enrollment, education, scheduling, tech support).
• Provide timely and accurate information to customers and update status as needed.
• Navigate scripts and use provided talking points to assist customers.
