CLEAResult is seeking an Energy Efficiency Customer Support Specialist. This remote role supports utility customers by guiding energy-saving programs, education, enrollment, and tech support.

You will work across multiple platforms and scripts to deliver a high-quality customer experience. The position emphasizes a customer-first mindset, consistent performance against metrics, and the ability to manage a busy schedule with clear communication.

Qualifications

• Minimum 6 months of customer-facing experience.
• Inbound/outbound call center experience preferred.
• Ability to follow scripts and adapt to programs.

Responsibilities

• Handle inbound and outbound calls for energy efficiency programs.
• Navigate multiple platforms and provide enrollment, education, and support.
• Assist customers with technical inquiries and online support.
• Schedule visits and provide status updates as needed.
• Demonstrate a customer-service oriented, problem-solving attitude.
