Job summary

CLEAResult is hiring an Energy Efficiency Customer Support Specialist. This remote role helps utility customers save money and improve home energy use by guiding program enrollment, scheduling visits, and delivering education across multiple platforms.

You will work in an inbound/outbound environment with scripted interactions, aiming for high customer satisfaction. Requirements include a high school diploma or GED, 6 months of customer-facing experience, and 35+ WPM typing.

Qualifications

• Minimum 6 months of experience in a customer-facing environment.
• Experience in call centers or inbound/outbound sales is preferred.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Assist inbound customers with energy-efficiency programs and inquiries.
• Schedule visits and provide program enrollment guidance.
• Troubleshoot basic tech issues and navigate multiple platforms.
