Job summary

ICF is seeking a Senior Program Specialist to support energy efficiency program operations in New Jersey, with NJ-based remote work options. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely, accurate program delivery and client communication, while building expertise in program systems.

Responsibilities include invoicing accuracy, accrual analyses, and QA/QC oversight across multiple programs, plus coordination with subcontractors for continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Business, Data Analysis, Environmental Studies, Energy or related discipline (or substitution allowed).
• 5+ years of relevant experience in energy efficiency, utility, data analysis and/or related experience.
• Must pass background check.

Responsibilities

• Support the implementation of PSE&G's Income Qualified Home Weatherization program
• Ensure timeliness and accuracy of all program invoices; compliance with calculations, policies and procedures
• Maintain effective communication with internal ICF stakeholders and the client
• Develop analysis of monthly program accruals and forecasts for accuracy to meet KPIs/KPIs
• Communicate with program subcontractors to improve program outcomes
• Monitor projects for QAQC protocol compliance
• Implement corrective actions addressing customer deficiencies with stakeholders
• Become proficient in ICF program support systems (SLT, SSRS, SnuggPro); training provided
