Job summary

ICF International is seeking a Program Specialist to support residential new construction energy programs. This remote Minnesota role collaborates with builders, HERS raters, trade allies, and affordable housing partners to deliver program objectives and track energy savings.

You will coordinate meetings, manage documentation, monitor performance metrics, and assist with reporting and budgeting activities to ensure successful program execution.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent with related field.
• 2+ years of experience supporting energy-efficiency programs.
• Experience coordinating programs and stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Support day-to-day program implementation across residential new construction programs.
• Coordinate meetings, communications, and stakeholder follow-up activities.
• Track program performance metrics including energy savings and incentives.
• Assist with reporting: data collection, quality checks, and monthly/quarterly reports.
• Support forecasting, budgeting, and financial tracking through data analysis.
• Coordinate application intake, eligibility reviews, incentive processing, and invoicing.
