Job summary

TRC, Member of WSP, seeks a Project Specialist to support its energy efficiency programs in New Brunswick, NJ. The role includes project creation, document verification, and rebate processing to keep projects moving forward.

You will use MS Dynamics CRM to manage milestones, collaborate across teams, and ensure timely responses to contractors and customers, while helping improve program delivery and satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Ability to understand and follow procedures.
• Ability to quickly assess information and maintain process flow.
• Strong data entry skills; Strong communication.
• Comfort with fast-changing work priorities and multitasking.
• Business acumen to include knowledge of invoice documents, equipment specifications and operational functions.
• Aptitude for Microsoft Office and Microsoft Dynamics; Excel workbook handling.
• Attention to detail and analytical skills.
• Energy Efficiency program experience.
• Professional presence with desire to improve processes and exceed program savings goals.
• Three plus years of experience supporting customer programs is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Support project creation and document verification.
• Review projects accurately and ensure rebates are processed.
• Progress applications through required milestones using MS Dynamics CRM.
• Coordinate with contractors and customers to ensure timely responses.
• Analyze volume trends to anticipate delays and communicate changes.
• Participate in local New Brunswick, NJ marketing events and conferences.
