Job summary

New Energy Equity is seeking an entry-level Remote Operations Center Operator to monitor energy assets, analyze alerts, and ensure peak performance while coordinating with clients and field personnel. This fully remote role includes quarterly visits to designated offices.

You will log work orders in CMMS, communicate professionally with clients for task approvals, support onsite troubleshooting, and participate in ongoing training as we grow in the renewable energy sector.

Qualifications

• Able to work independently and take direction.
• Excellent written/verbal communication skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Adobe; ability to learn new software.

Responsibilities

• Analyze alerts and system performance across monitoring and asset management software.
• Create new work orders and provide timely updates in CMMS.
• Communicate with clients for required work task approvals.
• Coordinate with field teams for onsite troubleshooting.
• Perform remote communications and data transfers between systems.
