Job summary

Role requires rotating 12-hour shifts, strong adherence to procedures, and experience in utility-scale operations. Located in Dayton, OH, with exposure to PJM and MISO markets.

Qualifications

• 2+ years’ experience in control center operations.
• Familiarity with NERC standards and impact on operations.
• Competency in plant processes, electrical and SCADA systems.
• Ability to strictly follow operating procedures.
• Experience with wind, solar, and BESS assets.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day operations of a growing portfolio of utility-scale solar, wind, and BESS assets.
• Monitor portfolio via SCADA system for faults, alarms, and performance; dispatch as needed.
• Adjust plant parameters as directed by Balancing Authority and Operators.
• Generate and submit operational reports to grid entities.
• Coordinate outage support and energy isolation with field personnel.
• Develop outage schedules and forecasting activities.
• Interact with cross-functional teams and external organizations.
• Maintain logs and SOPs in line with industry standards.
