New Energy Equity is hiring a Remote Operations Center Operator. This entry-level role supports daily monitoring and management of energy assets, ensuring peak performance and effective client communications. The position is fully remote with quarterly visits to office locations.

Applicants must be authorized to work in the United States. Compensation ranges from $50,000 to $60,000 plus a comprehensive benefits package, reflecting base pay and incentive opportunities.

Qualifications

• Able to work independently and take direction.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• High attention to detail and accuracy.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and adaptable to new software.

Responsibilities

• Monitor alerts and system performance across monitoring tools.
• Create and update work orders in CMMS.
• Coordinate with field teams for on-site troubleshooting.
• Log calls and document entries in CMMS.
• Communicate with clients for work approvals.
• Support data transfer between DAS, CMMS and ESS data room.
• Participate in client meetings as required.
• Attend quarterly in-person meetings with the manager.
• Attend technical training and contribute to continuous improvement.
