Job summary

New Energy Equity is seeking an entry-level Remote Operations Center Operator to monitor and manage energy assets, ensuring peak performance and clear client communication. This fully remote role requires quarterly visits to designated office locations.

You will analyze alerts, manage CMMS tasks, coordinate with field teams, and participate in client meetings. Applicants must be authorized to work in the U.S. with no visa sponsorship offered.

Qualifications

• Authorized to work in the U.S.; no visa sponsorship available.
• Basic technical aptitude with ability to learn new software programs.

Responsibilities

• Analyze alerts and system performance across monitoring and asset management software.
• Create new work orders and provide updates in CMMS.
• Coordinate with field teams for onsite troubleshooting and client approvals.
• Field phone calls and log entries in CMMS.
• Perform remote communications and event retrieval for SEL relays.
• Manage data transfer between DAS, CMMS and ESS data room.
• Participate in client meetings as required.
