Job summary

Jobgether SRL is seeking an Energy Operations Analyst based in the United States for a fully remote role. You will support energy procurement processes, validate contracts and rates, analyze invoices, and coordinate RFPs with sales and operations teams.

The ideal candidate has 3–5 years of experience in energy operations, strong Excel skills, and the ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced remote environment. This position offers full-time employment within the United States.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of relevant professional experience in operations, energy, multifamily, or related field.
• 2+ years of non-ERCOT retail energy experience preferred.
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel and comfort with detailed operational/financial information.
• Experience with CRM systems is preferred but not required.
• Excellent written and verbal communication, with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate with utilities and energy suppliers to verify contract terms, rates, billing information, and documentation.
• Provide responsive, high-volume customer service for contract, billing, and energy-related inquiries via email, phone, and internal requests.
• Manage lifecycle of RFPs from initiation to post-award follow-up in support of sales.
• Review and analyze invoices and contracts to extract procurement data for analysis and sales support.
• Process large volumes of documentation with attention to detail and accuracy.
• Build and maintain internal and client-facing reporting tools following established processes.
