Energy Solutions is seeking an Incentive Connect Associate to support, coordinate, and administer program operations across its portfolio. The role emphasizes limited supervision, stakeholder communication, and rigorous documentation to ensure timely project delivery.

This remote-friendly position requires strong written/verbal communication, record-keeping, and the ability to follow SOPs while supporting reporting and invoicing activities within a growing climate-focused company.

Qualifications

• 2 years of experience in customer service or program administration.
• Experience communicating with customers, participants, vendors, or stakeholders.
• Experience following established processes and SOPs.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and CRM platforms.

Responsibilities

• Execute and administer assigned program workflows per SOPs.
• Manage application queues and workflow assignments.
• Review, validate, and process applications.
• Maintain accurate records within program systems.
• Support outreach activities and client deliverables.
• Compile and organize program data for reporting and invoicing.
• Identify improvements to procedures and workflows.
• Escalate complex issues to project managers when appropriate.
