Job summary

Ladders is seeking an EHV EPC Project Manager (Power Delivery) for a fully remote role in the United States. This position oversees the complete lifecycle from development through closeout, coordinating with leadership, clients, and stakeholders to align scope, budget, schedule, safety, and quality.

The ideal candidate brings 10+ years in power delivery project management, with 3+ years on EHV transmission projects (115kV–500kV).

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant technical discipline.
• 10+ years of project management experience in the power delivery field.
• 3+ years of experience with EHV transmission projects (115kV - 500kV).
• Proven cradle-to-grave EPC project management experience.
• Strong understanding of DBB, EPC, and PDB project delivery methods.
• Excellent analytical, organizational, and business acumen skills.
• Advanced interpersonal and communication skills for effective collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Lead the full lifecycle of high-voltage transmission EPC projects from development to closeout.
• Coordinate with multiple levels of management to meet project objectives.
• Develop detailed project proposals, cost estimates, and resource plans.
• Manage budgeting, forecasting, scheduling, and cost controls.
• Deliver regular project updates to stakeholders and identify emergent issues.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships through exceptional service and communication.
• Ensure adherence to safety regulations and project quality standards.
