Job summary

GFT seeks a Project Manager to lead energy delivery projects across power transmission, distribution, and renewables. Hybrid work is available in listed locations, with remote options for the right candidate.

You will develop proposals, manage contracts, plan projects, and lead kickoff meetings while coordinating with clients, subconsultants, and vendors to ensure on-time, on-budget results.

Qualifications

• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to analyze and solve problems efficiently.
• Ability to manage multiple projects concurrently.
• Proficiency with MS Office and project management tools.

Responsibilities

• Develop, prepare, and present proposals; negotiate scopes and fees.
• Prepare and manage contracts and documentation for clients, subs, subcontractors, and vendors.
• Oversee project setup: budgets, file protocols, and document control.
• Prepare project planning documents including PEPs and work breakdown structures.
• Lead project kickoff meetings and ensure clear communication with stakeholders.
• Coordinate and manage internal resources and subcontractors.
• Ensure adherence to quality management and manage project risks.
• Develop and monitor schedules, costs, and performance metrics.
• Identify and document scope changes; administer change orders.
• Prepare and review reports, invoices, forecasts, and profitability analyses.
