CLEAResult is seeking an Energy Efficiency Customer Support Specialist. This remote role supports utility customers in saving money and improving home energy efficiency. You’ll handle a variety of tasks across programs, schedules, education, and tech support, all from a home office.

The role emphasizes adherence to scripts, strong customer service, and the ability to navigate multiple platforms while meeting performance targets in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum 6 months in a customer-facing environment.
• Experience handling inbound/outbound calls preferred.
• Typing speed 35+ WPM.
• Ability to follow scripted dialogues and guidance.
• Sales-oriented with focus on customer satisfaction.
• Punctual and reliable with consistent attendance.

Responsibilities

• Handle inbound contact center interactions to help utility customers save money.
• Support multiple programs across channels: phone, chat, email.
• Assist with visit scheduling, enrollment, and educational outreach.
• Follow scripts and talking points while delivering quality service.
• Maintain performance metrics and stay on schedule.
