Energy Solutions is seeking a Project Manager I for a fully remote role in the Northeast US. You will lead day-to-day project execution, coordinate rebate processing, manage schedules, and ensure accurate reporting and deliverables.

You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, escalate risks, and support financial tracking while delivering high-quality results to utility clients and communities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required in related field.
• 2 years of professional work experience in project coordination or related roles.
• Experience coordinating with internal and external stakeholders.
• Clear written and verbal communication skills.
• Foundational technical writing and documentation skills.

Responsabilités

• Coordinate, plan, and deliver assigned rebate program projects to scope, schedule, and quality.
• Develop work plans, set milestones, track progress, and ensure timely deliverables.
• Monitor rebate queues for accurate processing.
• Escalate challenges to senior staff as appropriate.
• Prepare invoicing and monthly reporting with accuracy and timeliness.
• Track project progress and communicate status to leadership and clients.
• Support financial tracking to align with billing milestones.
• Clarify program requirements and respond to stakeholder inquiries.
• Develop analyses related to program performance and trends.
• Conduct QA checks and ensure compliance with guidelines.
• Research energy efficiency technologies and market trends.
